    Hi there,

I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Accessing the file directly is loading without issues:

I assume you manage to fix the issue.

Don’t hesitate to let me know if still, need assistance.

    Hi again,

That means the WordPress installation doesn’t have the appropriate rights over its own files or folders. Please check this article for more details: https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions.

If still have troubles setting the correct permissions, please contact the hosting provider regarding this.

Let me know how it goes!

    Hi there,

    Thank you for the reply.

Please contact the hosting provider. Since the file is on installation, there shouldn’t be such an issue. Also, we don’t have another similar report, so it must be related to your server configuration.

    Thanks for understanding.

    Hi again Laur,

I put a ticket to the hosting provider, I must say that with this provider we have hosted more than 50 web without any problem and I got the following answer:

“I have reviewed the configuration and operation of your hosting to rule out that there is a problem in it, verifying that both the configuration and the operation are correct, so it seems that the problem is in your web.”

As you see, they tell me that everything is fine, I have a question:

Do you consider it possible to resolve the issue by reloading the theme via ftp?

    Hi again

I am sorry to hear that.

When a file cannot be loaded, even exist on the server, clearly, there is a restriction. I am sorry but I really don’t understand what mean “the problem is on your web”. About what web we are talking? 🙂 Did you show them exactly where is the problem?

    • Try to reinstall the WordPress, using fresh files. Overwrite the ones from the server.
    • Yes, you could try to upload the theme again.
    • Try to delete the Visual Composer and install it again following the theme invitation.

    Best regards.
